Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to build trust, identify opportunities for account growth, and support clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build robust relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support post-sales.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Maintain and update client information and interaction history using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns and client engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries, issues,



and feedback to enhance client loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve long-term retention.
- Provide feedback to product and sales teams to improve offerings and client experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proactive attitude towards client engagement.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Knowledge of sales processes including RFQ, Quotation Creation, Purchase Orders (PO), and related procedures.
- Understanding of how POs are generated from quotations, including RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, and acceptance stages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
