Job Title: Transfer Pricing Executive – Direct Tax

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Transfer Pricing Executive to support our Direct Tax team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking analysis, and tax regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with Indian Transfer Pricing regulations while assisting in advisory and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation in accordance with Indian Transfer Pricing regulations.

Conduct economic and benchmarking analysis using financial databases.

Assist in preparing Form 3CEB and other transfer pricing compliances.

Support the preparation of transfer pricing reports, policies, and intercompany agreements.

Perform Functional, Asset, and Risk (FAR) analysis.

Assist in transfer pricing assessments, audits, and litigation matters.

Coordinate with clients to collect financial and operational data.

Research transfer pricing regulations,



judicial precedents, and international tax developments.

Work closely with the Direct Tax team on advisory and compliance assignments.

Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing provisions and Direct Tax laws.

Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines is preferred.

Good analytical and research skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a CA Firm or Tax Consulting Firm.

Exposure to transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and tax compliance.

Familiarity with databases such as Prowess, Capitaline, or Ace TP will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
