Vortexen UAE is looking for a smart and result-oriented Remote Sales & Sourcing Engineer to support our General Trading, Project Supplies, Oil & Gas, Civil, Marine, Industrial, MEP, Fire & Safety, and Technical Services business.

The candidate must be capable of finding clients, collecting requirements, sourcing products or services locally and internationally, coordinating with suppliers / OEMs, preparing proposals, arranging delivery coordination, and following up payments.

This role is suitable for a candidate who can work independently from India and support UAE business development and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

Find new clients from Government, Semi-Government, EPC contractors, Oil & Gas companies, Marine companies, Civil contractors, Industrial companies, Facility Management companies, and project owners.

Collect client requirements, RFQs, enquiries, and project supply needs.

Source required products and services from local UAE suppliers, international suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and authorized dealers.

Prepare supplier comparison sheets, quotations, commercial proposals, and technical submissions.

Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, datasheets, compliance documents, delivery time, warranty details, and payment terms.

Support vendor registrations, prequalifications, tender submissions, and bidding activities.

Arrange logistics coordination including collection, delivery, shipping, customs support, and supplier delivery follow-up.

Follow up with clients for proposal status, clarifications, negotiations, LPO / PO confirmation, and payments.





Maintain proper records of clients, suppliers, enquiries, quotations, proposals, orders, delivery status, and payment follow-up in CRM / ERP.

Support management with daily / weekly reports, sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and market updates.

Required Experience

Experience in sales, sourcing, procurement, trading, project supply, or business development is preferred.

Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:

Required Skills

Robust client-finding and lead generation ability
Good supplier and OEM sourcing skills
Ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Strong email, WhatsApp, calling, and LinkedIn communication skills
Good Excel, MS Office, and CRM / ERP knowledge
Ability to work independently with targets
Good English communication
Technical product understanding will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who can take ownership of the complete sales and sourcing cycle — from finding the client to collecting requirements, sourcing the product, submitting proposal, arranging delivery, and following up payment.

Candidates with existing supplier / client connections in Oil & Gas, Civil, Marine, Industrial, EPC, or General Trading sectors will be highly preferred.

Daily reporting is mandatory
