Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize the enterprise Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Integrations, and Application Support, with hands-on experience in developing scalable reports, dashboards, and end-to-end integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain the enterprise Workday ERP platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
- Develop, test, and deploy new Workday enhancements and modules.
- Manage change control processes and production migrations.
- Support Workday upgrades, security, user access management, and system maintenance.
- Monitor and resolve production issues through the ServiceNow queue.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and support Workday integrations.




- Participate in on-call support rotations and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
- 2+ years of experience creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
- Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and Workday Report Writer.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience building complex Workday reports and executive dashboards.
- Exposure to ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, client-facing environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
