The role requires a well-rounded professional with proven expertise in managing both Plant HR and Corporate HR activities, capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational requirements.

* Strong exposure to manufacturing environments with hands-on experience in industrial relations and statutory compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation initiatives, build organizational capability, and partner effectively with business leaders.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
