Responsibilities:
Finalizing steering wheel & driver airbag design specification.

Review of spec requirement with concerned teams and release of final spec. drawing

Sound knowledge of DFMEA, FMEA,DRBFM ,process capability etc.

Experience in part development with vendors and audit.

Supporting testing team for system integration /vehicle performance improvements.

Crash /SLED results interpretation and report preparation.

Technical/ Functional

:

Hands on experience of UG.

Positive Knowledge in area of safety systems, testing/regulatory compliance, System integration etc.

Knowledge of steering wheel & driver airbag design & development.

Ability to demonstrate design practices FMEA,DFMEA etc.

Ability to suggest countermeasures for design improvement and cost/weight reductions.

Ability to understand the market/prototype failures and capable to analysis the failures.
