Job Summary
Himalaya Refrigeration Company is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to support business development activities to drive business growth by promoting refrigeration and HVAC products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial segments
- Generate leads and convert them into sales orders
- In-house (office-based) sales executive role
- understand clint requirements, and provide technical/commercial solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Maintain robust long term relationships with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial products will be preferred
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of refrigeration/HVAC systems
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations
- Strong follow-up and closing skills and client handling ability
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to achieve goals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
