Manage Route Cards, production records, and drawings for workflow tracking.

Maintain tools, jigs, and fixtures inventory and ensure availability.

Implement Risk Matrix and Skill Matrix for risk management and resource optimization.

Conduct Risk Analysis and create mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure production efficiency and performance.

Conduct and track:

Preventative and breakdown maintenance records.

Continual improvement initiatives (Kaizen).

Plan and optimize production schedules

Ensure compliance with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) processes.

Align processes with AS9100D standards for quality and safety compliance.

Productive resource utilization

Utilize and maintain familiarity with Oracle NetSuite ERP for production planning and resource management.
