Job description

We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, creative individual who can juggle multiple projects and handle the ideating, planning, writing and publishing of high-quality content on various online platforms. You will be responsible for coming up with innovative and thought-provoking ideas for projects for a variety of domains funded by various clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generating creative content ideas which are relevant to the intended audience.
- Demonstrable creative writing of various content pieces while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
- Assisting the Project Management team with all content activities such as creating blog posts, writing social media copy, and drafting case studies.
- Writing and editing engaging content for various social media channels and websites.

Educational Qualifications:

- BA degree in English, communications, marketing, journalism, advertising, or a related field
- Two or more years experience in planning, writing, and editing copy/content

Other Prerequisites:

- Demonstrable ability to create informative and engaging content
- Extraordinary creative writing skills along with superior oral and written communication skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Basic technical knowledge with respect to websites and social media
- Experience working with UX and development teams will be advantageous




- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Kannada with attention to grammar and sentence structure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with work hours

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- A relevant degree or diploma along with hands-on designing and creative skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative execution
- Skill appreciation certifications will provide an added advantage

Other Prerequisites

- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Highly proficient in design aspects and latest trends
- Candidate should possess a knack for creativity, originality, versatility and
professionalism
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading software and technologies
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW etc.)
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a solid portfolio
- Ability to interact and convey unique ideas creatively
- Positive outlook and willingness to learn and work in a team as well as
individually
- Highly self-motivated to work in a creatively challenging atmosphere
- Willing to push the boundaries of hard work in order to bring out the best of
abilities
