Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell furniture products by visiting clients, dealers, architects, and interior designers. The role involves building strong relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential customers including retailers, dealers, builders, architects, and interior designers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate furniture products to clients
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, design, production) for order fulfillment
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients




- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in field sales (furniture or related industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and trends
- Existing network with dealers, architects, or interior designers
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
