Position: Customer Support Executive

(Pharmacist / Clinical Coordinator Background Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team to gather import requirements.
- Verify product specifications and quantities before approaching international suppliers.
- Request pricing, availability, and lead times via email.
- Share supplier responses with internal teams for evaluation.
- Place purchase orders after receiving internal approvals.
- Manage internal documentation and create system purchase orders.
- Review supplier order confirmations and verify incoterms.
- Check and verify all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB, COA, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking sheets.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers to track performance and resolve issues.
