Indrabhuti Udyog LLP is a growing organization committed to delivering high-quality Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence across North Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase RMC business in the region.
- Identify and acquire new customers including builders, contractors, developers, government projects, and infrastructure companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing and promotional strategies.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, construction materials, building materials, or infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in handling B2B sales and achieving revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the RMC and construction materials market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and lead generation capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong local market knowledge of Raiganj and surrounding regions.
- Existing network within the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
