Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales by assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable TVS two-wheelers, arranging test rides, following up on enquiries, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Explain the features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and benefits of TVS vehicles.

Recommend suitable models based on customer needs and budget.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Lead Management

Handle walk-in, telephone, digital, and referral enquiries professionally.

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/DMS.





Ensure all leads are updated regularly with the latest status.

Test Ride Management

Arrange and coordinate test rides for interested customers.

Explain key vehicle features before and after the test ride.

Ensure test ride procedures and documentation are followed.

Sales Documentation

Collect and verify all customer documents required for booking, finance, insurance, and registration.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth processing.

Keep customers informed about booking status and delivery timelines.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure every customer receives a professional and pleasant buying experience.

Address customer queries promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: Any Degree.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales may also apply.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be confident in riding two-wheelers.
