Blinkit – Picker/Packer Job Description (JD)

Location
Gurgaon (Sector 51, Sector 57, Sector 102, Sector 108 – as per vacancy)
Job Responsibilities
Pick products from shelves as per customer orders.
Scan and verify items before packing.
Pack orders safely and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow safety guidelines and shift instructions.
Assist with stock arrangement and inventory handling when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Age: 18 years or above.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Must be physically fit to stand and walk during shifts.
Shift & Benefits
9-hour shift (including break).
1 weekly off.
PF and other advantages as per company policy.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on location, shift, attendance, and incentives).
