We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a positive attitude.

Handle walk-in customers professionally.

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

Create and update service job sheets.

Coordinate with the service and sales teams.

Explain repair status and product information to customers.

Maintain customer records and follow up on pending cases.

Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Requirements

Female / Male candidates can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Valuable communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

Smart personality with good customer handling skills.

Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
