SuryaPrabha Solar is a growing solar energy company committed to providing sustainable and innovative solar solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Executive to join our team. Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred, but candidates from related industries with a proven sales background are also encouraged to apply.We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and implement lead generation activities to support business development goals.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular performance reports.
- Support branding initiatives, product launches,



events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid marketing campaigns to improve visibility and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and offline marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
