As a Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Cow2Home, I support the company's growth by managing digital marketing activities, generating sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
- Create engaging content, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to strengthen the Cow2Home brand.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and the website.
- Qualify and convert leads into milk subscriptions and product sales.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, subscriptions, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and sales results, and prepare performance reports.




- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely service and effective customer communication.
- Support promotional events, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Identify recent sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.
