Experience : Minimum 5 years in four wheeler bodyshop experience

1. Operations & Workflow Management

- Job Scheduling: Assign tasks to technicians (painters, panel beaters, and mechanics) based on skill level and workload to optimize turnaround times.
- Quality Control: Conduct final inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure the workmanship meets stringent OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels for parts, paint, and consumables to prevent downtime, and manage supplier relationships.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all shop equipment (e.g., paint booths, frame machines, lifts) is regularly serviced and safe to use.

2. Insurance & Financial Responsibilities

- Estimating: Review and complete repair estimates, supplements, and verify related damages to claims.
- Insurance Liaison: Negotiate with insurance adjusters and coordinate claims, approvals, surveys, and settlement processes.
- Profitability & Budgeting: Prepare operating budgets, manage the payroll, and track financial reports to implement cost-saving strategies.
- Billing:



Ensure accurate invoicing for all labor, parts, and sublet repair work.

3. Customer Service

- Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss repair requirements, explain estimates, and set realistic timelines.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer inquiries and handle any service escalations or complaints in a skilled, empathetic manner.
- Status Updates: Keep customers and insurers informed on the progress of their vehicles throughout the repair process.

4. Staff Leadership & Development

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and front-office staff.
- Hiring & Training: Recruit new talent, identify training needs, and provide ongoing performance evaluations and career development.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (such as wearing PPE and properly disposing of hazardous chemicals) and ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
