As part of our growing educational initiatives, we are looking for enthusiastic communicators and educators who can confidently engage with students and simplify technical concepts in an interactive classroom environment.

Position Details

- Role: Part-Time AI & Technology Educator
- Type: Short-Term Engagement
- Mode: Fully On-Site (School-Based Assignment)
- Duration: 2 Months
- Schedule: 1-3 sessions per week per school
- Working Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours per day depending on the number of batches assigned
- Language of Instruction: Sessions will be conducted in a mix of English and Tamil

Important: This is a completely in office role. Educators will be assigned to schools and are expected to conduct sessions in person. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Compensation

₹1,200 per session (1 hour theory + 1 hour lab). Additional ₹200 per day towards travel allowance

Candidates should be willing to travel to the assigned school location for the duration of the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging AI and technology sessions for school students
- Explain concepts clearly using a mix of English and Tamil
- Simplify technical topics through interactive and activity-based teaching methods
- Conduct both theory and hands-on lab sessions effectively
- Maintain a structured, energetic, and student-friendly classroom environment
- Represent MUSTARD professionally during school engagements

Eligibility & Skills

- B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and mathematics
- Good presentation skills and classroom presence
- Prior experience in teaching, public speaking, anchoring, emceeing, or content presentation is an added advantage
- Ability to engage effectively with school-age learners

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹3,600.00 per week
