We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor – UK & Europe to join our Barnala office and manage student visa applications with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student visa processing for UK and European countries.
- Guide students on visa requirements, documentation, financials, and immigration regulations.
- Verify visa documents and ensure compliance with UKVI and European immigration guidelines.
- Assist students with credibility interview preparation and visa-related queries.
- Coordinate with counsellors, universities, and internal teams to ensure timely visa submissions.
- Track visa applications and provide regular updates to students.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent student service throughout the visa process.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UK & Europe student visa counselling.
- Must have hands-on experience handling UK and Europe student visa applications from documentation to submission.
- Strong knowledge of UKVI regulations, CAS process, financial documentation, credibility interviews, and Europe student visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced office environment.
