About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and management. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales reporting, MIS, team coordination, attendance monitoring, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Track daily sales performance, targets, and achievements.
- Monitor sales team attendance through Punch In/Punch Out systems and field-force applications.
- Follow up with sales executives regarding daily activities, market visits, and target completion.
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Create dashboards and sales performance reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and documentation.
- Process and verify TA/DA claims for the sales team.
- Monitor field activities using sales tracking or field-force management applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with the sales team.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations.
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Sales Reporting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, Data Management).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using attendance, reporting, and field-force tracking applications.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Graduate in any discipline..
