Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office / Data Entry Executive to support our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data management, documentation, reporting, and maintaining internal records while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases

· Perform data cleaning, data filtering, and data polishing to ensure accuracy and consistency

· Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel

· Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, and advanced formulas

· Validate data for errors and rectify discrepancies

· Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

· Generate reports as per management requirements

· Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and updates

· Ensure confidentiality and security of company information

· Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel





· Good typing speed (minimum 25–30 WPM preferred)

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Basic knowledge of data management principles

· Ability to handle large datasets efficiently

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Basic understanding of MIS reporting

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under deadlines

· Adept in using shortcut keys

· Knowledge and usage of Excel & computer related formulas

Experience

· Minimum 6 months-1 year of professional experience

- Graduate / Final Year Students (BCom, BBA, BA, BSc or relevant stream)
- Freshers may apply

Good to Have (Optional)

· Knowledge of data validation techniques

· Knowledge about PowerBi
