- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Offer and serve refreshments such as tea, coffee, water, or juice to patients and guests.
- Ensure refreshments are served hygienically and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refreshment station and waiting lounge.
- Refill beverages and refreshments as required.
- Coordinate with the reception team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a neat and qualified appearance at all times.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and presentable.
- Report any hospitality or maintenance issues to the Clinic Manager.
- Follow clinic hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
