Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry responsible for accurate data entry, accounting transactions, and ERP system updates. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, accounting processes, and maintaining financial records.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in ERP software.
- Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and other documents.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required.
- Manage digital and physical filing of documents.

Accounts Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
- Prepare sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.




- Process vendor bills and customer invoices.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

ERP Responsibilities

- Update employee, vendor, customer, and transaction data in ERP.
- Generate reports from ERP as required by management.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
