Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Automation and BMS Trainer to deliver high-quality training in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems within the EdTech domain. The role involves both theoretical and practical training, preparing students for real-world industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and online training on PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems

Design and update training modules, course content, and lab exercises

Provide hands-on training using industrial automation tools and software

Guide students on live projects, case studies, and industry practices

Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations

Support students with career guidance and placement preparation

Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper usage

Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial automation

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)

Experience with SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.)

Hands-on experience with HMI design and interfacing

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)





Understanding of control systems and automation processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Robust mentoring and student-handling ability

Problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

0-1 +years of experience in industrial automation / training

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes

Industry/project experience in automation
