Profile: Legal Executive-Solar-Surat

Experience:

2-5 years (Candidates with relevant experience in corporate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance will be preferred.) About the role:

Looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage the organization//'s legal documentation, contract lifecycle, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of contract law and corporate legal procedures, ensuring that all agreements and business transactions are legally compliant while minimizing organizational risk.

Roles:

Draft, review, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Prepare, modify, and maintain legal documentation required for business operations. Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.



Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirements and prepare legally sound documentation. Identify legal risks in contracts and recommend suitable revisions. Maintain proper records and documentation of all executed legal agreements. Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and operational matters. Liaise with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities whenever required. Assist in legal due diligence, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation. Stay updated on changes in applicable laws and advise management accordingly. Qualification:

LLB would be preferable
