Key Responsibilities:-

➤Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.

➤Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.

➤Allocate work, monitor workforce performance, and provide guidance.

➤Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

➤Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, curing, etc.).

➤Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth workflow.

➤Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.

➤Train and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline.

➤Ensure effective utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Requirements:-

➤Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Polymer, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.





➤Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or processing industry.

➤Experience in the rubber industry is preffered.

➤Knowledge of hydraulic presses, moulding, mixing, and curing processes.

➤Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

➤Ability to manage shift operations and workforce effectively.

➤Good communication and reporting skills.

➤Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
