Responsible for overall molding operation.
Responsible for production / rejection percentage.
Responsible for machine / Mold down time and all other auxiliary utility down time.
Ensure daily production schedule and quality goals are met.
Provide technical leadership for department including recommending and implementing.
Develop system for tracking efficiency, scrap, quality, rework etc.
Requirement:
Must having 15 + years of experience in plastics injection molding_
Minimum 05 years in Relevant position.
Must have Knowledge of Engineering plastic Process .
He should Responsible for molding operation from R M to final part
