Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify stores, with expertise in product listings, advertising, inventory management, sales optimization, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stock-outs.
- Handle order processing, returns, customer issues, and marketplace compliance.
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales data, advertising performance,



and customer behavior to drive business growth.
- Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high account health.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Shopify.
- Solid understanding of marketplace SEO and product listing optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Inventory planning and order management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
