Bookkeeper (Sage Business Cloud Accounting)

Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (UK Shift)
Salary: ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

About Us

We are a well-established UK-based travel company with almost 20 years of success in the global travel industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join our Kolkata office.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

· Graduate degree (essential)

· Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience using Sage Business Cloud Accounting

· Excellent computer skills with good typing speed

· Fluent spoken and written English

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger

· Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

· Process accounting transactions accurately in Sage Business Cloud Accounting

· Prepare management reports and general business statistics

· Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping





· Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers via email

· Assist with general finance and administrative duties as required
