Technical Sales Associate – Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through industrial visits, customer meetings, and networking.
- Promote and sell the company's engineering products and turnkey solutions to hospitals, industries, contractors, OEMs, and government organizations.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documents.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Visit project sites for technical discussions, inspections, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain CRM/customer database.




- Support payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer events when required.

Required Skills:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Engineering Products (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Good knowledge of industrial products, piping systems, gas equipment, or mechanical components.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttarakhand and nearby regions.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly sales revenue achievement.
- Number of customer visits per month.
- New customer acquisition.
- Quotation-to-order conversion ratio.
- Timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Payment collection and outstanding recovery.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
