Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer (AI-Powered Workflow)

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and multi-talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead our visual storytelling across digital platforms—crafting high-converting social media content, brand collaterals, and promotional videos.

We encourage the smart integration of AI into design workflows. You will combine traditional editing and graphic software with cutting-edge AI tools to speed up production, generate unique assets, and produce top-tier visuals.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production

- Edit raw video footage into engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, promotional videos, ads) content.
- Add motion graphics, sound design, transitions, color grading, and dynamic auto-captions.
- Utilize AI-driven video tools for automated captioning, quick b-roll selection, voice-overs, and background cleanup/removal.

Graphic Design & Branding

- Design static and animated marketing materials, including social media posts, ad banners, and digital signage.
- Create print-ready assets (e.g., flyers, posters, packaging, event banners) and web graphics.
- Use AI image generation and enhancement tools to develop novel visual concepts, extend image backgrounds, and streamline design workflows.

Creative Strategy & AI Integration

- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and emerging generative AI capabilities.
- Experiment with AI-driven visual techniques to optimize creative workflows without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Portfolio / Showreel: Demonstrated portfolio/showreel highlighting both traditional design/editing and creative usage of AI tools (Required).
- Core Design & Video Software: Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Video/Motion: Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma or Canva is a plus)
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern AI creative platforms, such as:
- AI Image & Graphic Tools: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or Canva Magic Studio.
- AI Video & Audio Tools: Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Descript, Topaz Video AI, or Pika Labs.
- Efficiency Tools: ChatGPT or Claude for prompting and scripting assistance.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of aspect ratios, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and audio balancing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent prompt engineering abilities, sharp attention to detail, and time-management skills to meet fast deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

- Experience with basic camera operation, lighting, or photo/video shoots.
- Familiarity with web design assets or UI/UX concepts.
