About the Role





CS Direkt is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while working alongside an experienced HR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
