Roles and Responsibilities:

- Hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong exposure to IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM
- Strong technical skills in Workflows/Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, UI Builder, Workspace
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
- Experience in scoped app development, automations, and integrations
- Proficient in deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting
- Ability to define epics, user stories, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow best practices
- Strong collaboration, documentation,



and communication skills
- Robust experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with deep knowledge of core platform features and secure application operations.
- Expertise in architecture design, including data models, workflows, and access control configurations.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on experience in workflow customization, deployment, and environment management.
- Ability to provide training, support, and pre-sales assistance within the ServiceNow domain.
