- Data Entry: Input clinical data and transcribed reports directly into the hospital's EHR/EMR system.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit drafted documents for spelling, grammar, and medical terminology to ensure 98%+ accuracy before physician sign-off.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical secretaries to clarify missing or ambiguous information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
