We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Intern to join our team and support daily IT operations within a dynamic working setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Support on-site installations, configurations, and setup of IT devices and equipment.
- Assist in IT asset tracking, tagging, inventory management, and documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance activities for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and escalation processes to maintain service quality standards.
- Support troubleshooting activities related to networking, printers, mobile devices, and end-user systems.




- Contribute to improving responsiveness, planning, and overall IT support quality across sites.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, hardware, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT operations environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
