Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

- Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering.
- Design end-to-end Microsoft solutions.
- Collaborate on:
- Proposals
- RFP/RFI responses
- Solution presentations
- Effort estimation

- Conduct:

- Product demonstrations
- Architecture discussions
- Executive presentations

Technical Delivery Leadership

- Lead implementation programs.
- Guide functional and technical teams.
- Design integration architecture.
- Implement complex technical components when required.
- Review:
- Solution quality
- Scalability
- Security
- Performance

- Support customers during:

- Implementation
- UAT
- Go-live

Microsoft Platform Advisory

Provide guidance on:

- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service

Required Skills

- 10+ years of enterprise application consulting experience.

- Experience leading enterprise solution architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise implementations.
- Strong understanding of Azure services.
