Senior Human Resource Executive – Plant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resource Executive to oversee plant HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in statutory compliance, Industrial Relations (IR), talent acquisition, and employee engagement. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, government authorities, and external stakeholders. Knowledge of AI-powered HR tools and applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC).
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, and maintain harmonious union/workmen relations.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and HRMIS.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with relevant departments for timely salary processing.
- Conduct employee engagement, performance management, and training & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate statutory audits, labour inspections,
and compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
- Drive HR process improvements and support digital HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred.
- 5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, statutory compliance, and Industrial Relations (IR).
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees, unions, senior management, and government authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Knowledge of AI tools and AI-enabled HR applications is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
