About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven PPC Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate must have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a passion for performance marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and coordinate ad copy for high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and events in coordination with the tech team
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Share regular performance insights and reports with the marketing team

Required Qualifications





- - 2–3 years of professional experience in PPC or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.

Good to Have

- - Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
