We are committed to excellence in manufacturing and are looking for a skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our cosmetic production operations.

Job Summary:

The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cosmetic manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cosmetic manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

✔Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to ✔finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
✔Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
✔Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.

2. Quality Assurance:

✔Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA).
✔Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
✔Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.

3. Technical Expertise:

✔Utilize in-depth knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes,



including formulation, mixing, filling, and packaging.
✔Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, processes, and product formulations.
✔Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

4. Team Leadership:

✔Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
✔Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
✔Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

5. Inventory and Resource Management:

✔Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
✔Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to minimize waste and reduce costs.

6. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

✔Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
✔Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
✔Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

✔Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,



Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
✔Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
✔Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic formulation, production processes, and equipment.
✔Proven experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
✔Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production planning and inventory management.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

✔Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care manufacturing.
✔Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
✔Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and drive decision-making.
