Job Title: Visa Consular Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Consular Officer to join our team. In this role, you will process visa applications, verify documentation, and provide guidance to applicants on immigration and consular procedures. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and experience with visa or immigration processes.

Responsibilities

- Review and process visa applications for accuracy and completeness
- Verify supporting documents (passports, financial records, invitation letters, etc.)
- Conduct applicant interviews when required
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, or government agencies as needed
- Advise applicants on visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and consular regulations
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree preferred (International Relations, Law, or related field a plus)
- Prior experience in visa processing, consular services, or immigration is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of visa categories and documentation requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in [additional language, if applicable]
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
