We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and onboard new retail shops, dealers, and institutional clients
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and generate leads
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients
- Ensure timely collection of payments (within 21 days)
- Submit daily reports and attend review meetings
- Maintain proper records of sales and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in field sales




- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

Performance & Targets:

- Achieve sales targets as per company standards
- Minimum 10 new client acquisitions per month
- Regular reporting and attendance required
