Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Raw Material Store Manager to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of raw materials used in LED light manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling raw materials in an electrical or electronics manufacturing workplace and possess strong inventory management and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials used in LED light manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for timely material replenishment.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices and proper inventory control.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for material inspection and acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Lead and supervise store personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work with ERP/software for inventory transactions and reporting.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) – Mandatory.
- 3–6 years of experience in Raw Material Store operations in an Electrical, Electronics, LED, or related Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, store operations, and material handling.
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of FIFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in LED lighting or electrical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of store documentation and material traceability.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
