Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end import customs clearance operations for sea shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and process import documentation including Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, delivery orders, and other customs-related documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, transporters, and customs officials for smooth cargo movement.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents, duty payments, and shipment-related queries.
- Arrange delivery orders, container movement, transportation, and cargo delivery within committed timelines.
- Liaise with internal documentation, transportation, and accounts teams for seamless execution of shipments.
- Resolve operational issues, customs queries, and shipment delays in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, operational MIS reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.

Pay: ₹10,829.33 - ₹31,584.52 per month
