Job Description: Senior Technical Trainer / Corporate IT Instructor (Multiple Domains)Position Overview(Python.GenAI)

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Training Delivery: Lead intensive, hands-on, and interactive training sessions tailored to make students industry- and project-ready.
- Cybersecurity,Devsecops,.Net,Network Engineer
- Curriculum & Practical Lab Design: Develop and update robust course curricula, real-world case studies, capstone projects, and mock interview modules.
- Job Readiness Focus: Guide students through practical troubleshooting, best practices, live project simulations, and portfolio building.
- Mentorship & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct mock technical interviews.
- Stay Updated: Continuously upgrade training modules to align with the latest industry updates, certifications, and enterprise requirements.

Target Technical Domains (Looking for Specialists in any of the following):1. ServiceNow

- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and Application Development.
- Ability to teach ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions) and integration workflows.

2. Identity & Access Management (IAM / PAM Tools)

- Deep configuration and architectural knowledge in tools such as CyberArk, ARCON, ForgeRock, Saviynt, and Okta.
- Practical training on user provisioning, access governance, privileged session management, and single sign-on (SSO).

3. Java Full Stack Development

- Core & Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Hibernate.
- Frontend tech: Angular, React, or Vue.js, along with Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and CI/CD basics.

4. Generative AI (GenAI) & Emerging Tech





- Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG frameworks, LangChain, and fine-tuning concepts.
- Familiarity with OpenAI API integration, Python for AI, and cloud-based AI services.

5. Salesforce

- Comprehensive training across Admin, Developer (Apex, Lightning Web Components - LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Integration architectures.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of core industry experience with at least 2+ years of formal training, mentoring, or corporate instruction experience.
- Technical Depth: Must be a subject matter expert in your designated technology with strong architectural and debugging skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and simplify complex logic for students.
- Passion for Teaching: Highly dedicated, empathetic, and driven by student success metrics (e.g., placement rates, certification passes).
