About Us

Nirwana Group is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our projects team and support the execution and maintenance of our ongoing and upcoming residential & commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, DB panels, MCBs, and power distribution systems.
- Execute electrical installations for residential apartments, commercial buildings, offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and project specifications.
- Inspect completed installations and maintain maintenance records.
- Report material requirements and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.

Requirements

- ITI Electrician or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, panel boards, earthing systems,



and power distribution.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and execute work independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and construction site practices.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment.

Education

- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
