The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting office staff, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
- Assist in loading/unloading and shifting office materials when required
- Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents
- Ensure availability of pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.)
- Support staff with minor tasks as instructed by management
- Open and close the office as per schedule
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing items if required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of office work and cleanliness standards
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
