About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, Python, cloud technologies, and modern software design principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains and be passionate about designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.

This is an excellent chance to work on enterprise-scale systems, collaborate with global teams, and lead architecture decisions for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
- Design scalable microservices and enterprise integration solutions.
- Define API strategies and event-driven architectures.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership throughout development and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery planning.
- Support cloud migration, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.




- Participate in architecture governance and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications.
- Expertise in:
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs
- Event-Driven Architecture
- API Gateways
- 3+ years of Cloud experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise security.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Immediate to short notice candidates preferred.
