We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive / Team Lead with strong exposure to residential real estate sales.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling customers, driving closures, managing a sales pipeline and supporting the sales team in achieving project targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert qualified real estate leads
- Conduct project presentations and customer site visits
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, bookings and closures
- Guide and monitor the sales team on lead follow-ups and conversions
- Review daily sales activities and lead movement
- Support the team in handling customer objections and negotiations
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for smooth lead management
- Prepare sales updates, conversion reports and performance tracking




- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and overall project closures

Candidate Profile

- 5–6 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong experience in customer handling, negotiation and closing
- Prior experience in guiding or managing a small sales team preferred
- Good communication, leadership and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of the Attibele, Chandapura, Electronic City and surrounding real estate market will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
