- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from US-based customers.
- Sell airline tickets, cruise packages, travelinsurance, and other travel-related products.
- Assist customers with flight and cruisereservations, itinerary changes, cancellations,and upgrades.
- Recommend travel options based on customer preferences and budget.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional travel services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information in the CRM andreservation systems.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on airline policies, cruisepromotions, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quality standards.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data security guideline
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
